Product Returns Policy

PC Mart also refers to “KYBER TEC INC.” wherever mentioned on this website. 

Eligibility

PC Mart follows returns policies based on the original manufacturer. Some products may not be returnable such as Software or Headphones. At the sole discretion of PC Mart, RMAs are created. Purchaser must provide name and all other information as required by PC Mart for all returns.

Products must be unopened, and in sellable condition. There must NOT be any marking or alterations to the Manufacturer’s box. (Do NOT put labels on Manufacturer’s Box). Exclusions to this rule apply to Defective Returns. 

Product Return Deadlines

Customer must obtain a valid Return Material Authorization (“RMA”) number from PC Mart for all returns. RMAs will be issued, at PC Mart’s sole discretion, in accordance with these terms and conditions. Requests for all non defective returns must be made with 28 days of delivery unless otherwise stated by the original manufacturer warranty. Requests made outside of the 28 days will not be accepted.

Unless otherwise stated by PC Mart, RMAs are valid for twenty (20) calendar days from the date of issuance unless there are more restrictive manufacturer or publisher policies.

Defective Returns

Defective returns are only for Products purchased from PC Mart that are not functional and are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. All defective returns are subject to more restrictive manufacturer policies which will supersede the PC Mart return policies stated here. A Purchaser may request an RMA for the return of defective Products, excluding Special Order Products, within 28 calendar days of invoice date. Upon receipt of the defective Product for which the RMA was issued, PC Mart may test the Products and may return to Purchaser, at Purchaser’s expense, any Products found not to be defective. Upon verification that the returned Product is defective, PC Mart may, at PC Mart’s sole discretion, either (a) ship Purchaser a replacement Product, or (b) provide Purchaser a credit equal to the lesser of the Product’s invoice price or current replacement value, less any applicable charges or fees. PC Mart reserves the right to require Purchaser to return defective Products directly to the manufacturer or publisher for replacement according to its defective Products return policy. PC Mart shall not be obligated to repair, replace, or issue credit to Purchaser for Products rendered defective, in whole or in part, by causes external to the Products, including, but not limited to, catastrophe, power failure or transients, over voltage on interface, environment extremes, improper use, maintenance or application of the Products or use of unauthorized parts.  Purchaser shall bear all risks of loss when returning defective Products.
